Trenchform precast units are designed, engineered and manufactured in Australia, to Australian standards.

The Trenchform system was originally designed and used for the installation of electrical and data cable underground trenches. Trenchform Modular units ensure the structural integrity of the cables once filled with concrete.

Trenchform units are simple to use and versatile in application across various scenarios and industries;

• Trenching solutions for electrical, plumbing or communications cabling.
• Retaining Systems for above ground.

Weighing only 30kg the units are manually placed into position and later filled with a concrete pump. Once filled with concrete, units weigh 1000kg and a total volume of 0.40m3.

These modular units are manufactured using extreme hard wearing 8mm Rotathene® IIUV low density polyethylene resin designed specifically for rotational moulding applications. It has a particularly high chemical resistance and environmental stress crack resistance.

Standard size allows for most trenching and retaining requirements with higher retaining walls being achieved by stacking units.
